Experience and Responsibilities in the organization of events:

Setting up of the work team according to the event being organized, defining responsibilities of its components and setting timelines for completing our objectives.

Determine the ideal locations for the event to take place in the most appropriate and brilliant way. Ensure compliance with the regulations, in question of capacity, allowed activities, anticipate the flow, movements and needs of attendees, signage, parking, VIP circular tour, police, emergencies…

Optimize the relationship and communication between team members (department of Events, Image, Communication, Commercial, Technical, Press/ External Relations, Community Manager, video editing and presentations, graphic production, Security, etc.).

Selection of suppliers/ budgets and close monitoring of their work to achieve a result of maximum quality, in time and form. Maintain close communication with them, knowing what each provider should be asked and how to do it, providing all the information that they need for their job.

Coordinate with External Relations the broadcasting preceding, during and after the event. Personalized care for the press.

To prepare a detailed document of the event for its consultation in successive editions, as well as the objective evaluation of the event facilitating the decision making for its improvement.
