• In 2008, for the 15th anniversary of the company, we organized the visit of His Royal Highness The King Juan Carlos I to the Indra’s head offices and an exhibition of 400 m2 was built to present the company.

• Organization of the event for signatures of large contracts, international agreements, etc.

​

• It is noteworthy to mention that it was signed on March 11th, 2015, the formal agreement of collaboration with the European Union and the company, for the development of iTEC's common Controller Working Position (CWP) for the implementation of the Single European Sky. In this case I was the first person responsible for the organization by Indra, together with Enaire Protocol (formerly AENA), as we were the hosts.

• Organization of visits, at the company’s headquarters or the client, showing the work done.

• Tours  with journalists in Spain, showing our developments, with direct explanations of the client, etc.

​

• Organization of institutional events, signatures of contracts in which the Presidency participated, presentation of books, products, awards ceremony, conferences, participation in the organization of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

• Showroom Responsible for the Showroom of the company's headquarters: Technical modernization and museum control. Adaptation of the content to the new Indra offer. Software control of visits, etc.

• It was possible that this room, an overview of all aerial parts of Indra, facilitated to understand a company so diverse, counting on about 600 annual visits, between clients and institutional representatives both Spaniards and foreigners.
