From 1996 to November of 2015, I worked at INDRA, carrying out different positions, always related to Marketing, Image and Communication.

 

Institutional Relations (2009 – November 2015) Indra Sistemas

• Coordinator of the multidisciplinary team that participated in fairs and other events.

• Protocol: Responsible of organizing visits (from investors, high level institutional representatives, such as Ministers or the King of Spain, to potential clients, journalists, etc.) at the company’s headquarters or the client, showing the work done.

• Organization of institutional events, contract signing in which the Presidency participated, conferences, awards ceremony and presentation of products.

• Responsible for the Permanent Exhibition of the company (SHOWROOM) at the headquarters, directing the technical modernization, contents, etc.

 

International Business Development, visits and fairs (1999 - January 2009) Indra Sistemas

• Researching for international business opportunities, preparation of proposals and obtaining financing for opening company’s’ new branches in other countries.

• Responsible for the organization of institutional visits.

• Organization of trade shows.

 

Responsible for the organization of attendance at international fairs (1998 -1999) Indra SCA and DTD and Indra Espacio

• Responsible for the multidisciplinary team in charge of the preparation of the participation in international fairs.

• Implementation of the corporate image change

• Design and creation of the Communication and Images actions: Videos about products, brochures and promotional material.

Responsible for Image, Communication and Institutional Relations of Indra SCA (1996 -1998)

• Implementation of the corporate image change. Design and creation of the Communication and Images actions: videos of products, organization of the attendance to fairs, responsible for the protocol of institutional visits.

• Study and created sectoral reports for internationalization.

I was part of the "Corporate Image Committee of the Indra Group" during the years of transition to the creation of Indra Sistemas, S.A. This Committee depended directly on the Presidency.
